Stay information
The main stay conditions are designed to give clear information before requesting a quote. Final economic conditions are shown in the quote and confirmed before booking.
The service offered is accommodation only: breakfast, lunch and dinner are not provided. The apartment includes an equipped kitchen, appliances, tableware, bed linen and towels, allowing guests to manage their stay independently.
Standard check-in takes place at Principessa Pio with key delivery. By appointment, and with a possible additional charge, check-in may be arranged at the apartment in Corso Isonzo 3 or another agreed place. Standard check-out takes place at Principessa Pio from 07:30 to 10:00; other arrangements may be agreed case by case.
Guests are asked to use the apartment and its amenities with care, avoiding behaviour that may disturb others. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Furniture and tableware should not be moved out of the apartment. Damages, missing items or extra cleaning due to unusual disorder may result in additional charges.
Standard final cleaning is included in the stay organisation. Additional cleaning, linen changes, amenities for longer stays and cot for children may be requested when booking and are subject to availability and cost confirmation.
Pets are accepted with an additional charge to be confirmed before booking. The private garage, when requested, costs 15.00 euros per day and is calculated for the whole stay.
The city tax is 3.50 euros per night for each adult guest, unless the Municipality of Ferrara updates the applicable rules.
Payment terms, deposit, cancellation conditions and any penalties are shown in the quote and may vary depending on the period, selected rate and length of stay.
