Independent stay
Corso Isonzo Tre is designed for an independent, practical and well-organised stay in Ferrara. Services make arrival, stay and essential needs simple, while preserving the freedom of an independent apartment.
Check-in is arranged by appointment. The standard option is welcome at Principessa Pio, with key delivery and practical directions to the apartment. On request, and subject to availability, check-in directly in town or at an agreed meeting point may be arranged with an additional charge. Check-in time: from 15:30 to 19:30.
Standard check-out is at Principessa Pio from 07:30 to 10:00. Other arrangements may be agreed case by case before departure.
On arrival, guests receive the main instructions for using the apartment and moving around Ferrara. The location is convenient for both tourism and business: the historic centre, railway station and Ferrara Fair district are easy to reach.
When the stay organisation allows it, luggage storage at Principessa Pio may be arranged before check-in or after check-out. This service must always be agreed in advance.
The hospitality model is designed to give guests a high level of autonomy. The staff organises arrival, keys and practical information, while the apartment remains an independent accommodation rather than a hotel with continuous on-site presence.
On request, and subject to availability, extra services may include additional cleaning, linen change, amenities for longer stays, cot for children, pet welcome and private garage. Any extra costs are always communicated and confirmed before booking.
